A static page in Versoly is a HTML document with fixed content. When published it will be a single web page on your site.
Static pages work great for pages such as home, pricing and utility pages.
A collection page is the opposite, its content changes according to the dynamic content it takes in and can produce one or many pages. For example a blog collection might have a blog home collection page that uses pagination. The same HTML document produces multiple pages.
