A collection page takes in dynamic content and can produce one or many pages based on the same HTML document. For example a blog collection might have a blog home collection page that uses pagination.
A static page in Versoly is the opposite. It is a HTML document with fixed content. When published it will be a single web page on your site. Static pages work great for pages such as home, pricing and utility pages.
